Analysis: The Race to 50nm DRAM Puts Micron on Top of the Competition

EE Times published a review today by Semiconductor Insights (SI), comparing Micron’s 50nm DRAM to similar 50nm-class products from the competition. Elegance and efficiency were two words the SI analyst used to describe Micron’s 50nm DRAM.
